Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in technical program management in construction planning and execution.
5 years of experience with structured cabling systems and interpreting design documents.
5 years of experience in telecommunications, low-voltage, fiber-optics, or critical systems design and engineering.
5 years of experience working in data centers or similar environments.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
5 years of experience managing vendor relationships and understanding standard practices in the design and construction industry.
5 years of experience interacting with industrial facility electrical and mechanical systems relative to network infrastructure.
5 years of experience navigating design-build processes and conducting technical constructability reviews.
5 years of experience in project scheduling, budget management, and achieving key milestones within a construction environment.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will leverage your technical expertise to lead Data Center Network Infrastructure Construction projects across global cross-functional teams. You will plan requirements with internal customers and external partners to usher projects through the entire life-cycle, from scope development to scheduling and risk management. You will manage projects of various sizes and scopes, identifying future opportunities, improving processes, and driving the technical direction of programs while navigating ambiguity in a changing industry.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Lead the full project life-cycle for network infrastructure construction, including managing scope, schedules, and budgets, while identifying risks and communicating goals to stakeholders across different time zones and hemispheres.
Support Design and Planning phases by assisting with land acquisition technical due diligence, master planning, and providing constructability and value engineering reviews of project documents.
Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) technical guidance to onsite construction management teams, resolving critical issues, managing post-Issued For Construction (IFC) changes, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Develop and socialize processes to enable efficient operations, drive improvements in design documentation, and ensure accurate as-built information is delivered to internal teams.
