Job Description
AECOM Hunt is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to oversee project cost, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting for our exciting construction project. This role will be responsible for implementing and managing project controls systems that ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements.
The Project Controls Manager will work closely with project management, field operations, estimating, and executive leadership to monitor project performance and provide strategic insight into cost and schedule risk.
The responsibilities of the Program Controls Manager include the following:
Oversees program controls related activities for medium sized programs or specialist defined controls elements of a larger program in support of the overall Program Manager or Program Controls Director
Leads the coordination efforts across multiple projects within the program, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.
Identifies and addresses interdependencies between projects, proactively mitigating risks and resolving conflicts.
Collaborates with project managers to ensure adequate resource availability and utilization.
Works closely with senior leadership to define and refine program-level objectives.
Provides guidance and oversight to project controls teams, ensuring effective management of individual project elements.
Monitors and evaluates risk mitigation strategies to ensure their effectiveness.
Facilitates clear and concise communication between project teams and stakeholders.
Provides regular updates to senior leadership on program progress, challenges, and achievements.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field and 8 years of experience in Construction Project Controls or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Experience in the field of Construction.
Preferred Qualifications:
8 years of experience in construction project controls, cost control, or scheduling.
Experience supporting large-scale construction projects ($100M+).
Background working with general contractors, construction management firms, or EPC organizations.
Primavera P6 scheduling software
Cost management systems (Procore, eBuilder, or similar)
Earned Value Management (EVM)
Advanced Excel and data analysis
Project reporting and dashboard tools

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $113304.49 to $209613.3.
