Scope of Position
This highly motivated individual, as part of the Sales team, will support key initiatives by keeping projects organized, maintaining cross-department communication, and delivering strong customer service. The role includes cross-training in core departments and handling tasks such as report creation, mass emails, and contractor map updates, with sales activities increasingly integrated as automations grow.
No direct reports.
This position reports to Inside Sales Manager. This role is onsite and is based in Escondido, California.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
Support the sales and account teams by managing administrative tasks such as updating customer files, saving documents and images to the server, and sending client follow-up emails
Serve as a point of contact for client and team communications, including returning and taking messages, speaking with clients about the Leak Defense System, and collecting payment information.
Maintaining and growing relationships with business partners and customers through tradeshows, insurance conferences, and virtual/in-person training
Assist in coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and internal collaboration among team members
Tracking deliverables and creating process documentation
Maintain and manage client records, communication logs, and documentation in CRM systems
Work efficiently across multiple platforms including CRM databases, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and shared servers
CRM system configuration, workflow setup, field creation and automated processes.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and updates are prepared
Collaborate with various departments and delegate tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations
Stay up-to-date on processes across multiple departments in order to evaluate departmental needs and help maintain clear procedures
Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the manager.

Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
2+ years of progressive experience in customer service, sales support, administrative support or related professional roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service orientation with a positive, team-focused attitude
Technical proficiency including ability to operate scanners, printers, and computers in a professional environment
Proven ability to manage workflows, multitask across platforms and prioritize task in a fast-paced, deadline -driven environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with multiple team members
Experience in sales and customer service preferred
Experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role preferred

Working Conditions:
While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site at a manufacturing facility and will perform the majority of your duties in an office environment. You may, at times, be required to be present on the manufacturing floor and will be required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. You will be required to work in the office at the Escondido, California location (Monday - Friday). Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.

Pay Range:
The expected salary range for this position is $25.40-$28.55 hourly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law
