Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support personnel with exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $22.97 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and report policy violations, hazards, and/or maintenance issues according to post orders.

Support Allied Universal and site leadership by following post instructions, maintaining a visible presence, and assisting with incident response and daily security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.

Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.

Possess a guard card or license, preferred.

Have alarm panel experience, preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
