Position Overview

Gummi World is seeking a highly skilled Senior NetSuite Technical Lead with 5+ years of experience to support and enhance our ERP environment. This is a contract, on-site role requiring strong technical expertise in NetSuite scripting, deep understanding of manufacturing workflows, and the ability to lead as both a system champion and trainer across departments.

This role is critical to optimizing system performance, driving automation, and ensuring NetSuite is fully leveraged to support our rapid growth and production demands. A key component of this role is actively training teams to effectively use NetSuite, ensuring adoption, consistency, and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite scripts (SuiteScript 1.0/2.0/2.1) to support business operations

Customize and optimize NetSuite to align with manufacturing processes, including production, inventory, procurement, and order management

Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement; implement scalable solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations

Act as a NetSuite subject matter expert and internal champion across cross-functional teams

Lead and deliver hands-on training sessions for teams across departments; create clear, practical training materials and SOPs

Drive system adoption by coaching users, reinforcing best practices, and ensuring consistent utilization across the organization

Partner with operations, finance, supply chain, and leadership teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

Support integrations, workflows, saved searches, and dashboards

Ensure data integrity, system governance, and adherence to best practices

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on NetSuite scripting experience (SuiteScript required)

Strong experience in a manufacturing environment (required)

Proven ability to design and implement scalable ERP solutions

Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and system integrations

Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, inventory management, and production processes

Demonstrated experience training teams and driving system adoption across multiple departments (required)

Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide timely solutions

Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders

Self-starter with a high sense of ownership and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, Developer)

Experience in nutraceuticals, food manufacturing, or regulated environments

Familiarity with EDI, WMS, or third-party integrations

Work Environment & Expectations

On-site role based in Chandler, AZ

Must be able and willing to travel to the Phoenix area as needed

Fast-paced, high-accountability environment requiring responsiveness and adaptability

Must be able to quickly assess, execute, and deliver solutions with minimal oversight
