Factory Location: Hot Springs Village, AR

Compensation: $16.00/hour

Schedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm; Thursday-Monday

Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs

Responsibilities

Greet all customers (new and regulars).

Maintain knowledge of all products.

Educate customers on Mountain Valley Spring Water.

Ability to make change and count change back to the customers.

Balance cash register and cash/change box.

Open building and ensure both front doors are unlocked and open sign is visible.

Close building and ensure all doors are locked and alarm is set.

Place signage and furniture outside daily.

Be able to stand, walk, lift (up to 60 pounds), stoop, and bend on a regular basis.

Stock coolers with water as needed.

Inventory control (count periodically).

Maintain appearance of store at all times.

Any additional duties as requested.

Qualifications

Excellent oral, written, organizational and time management skills;

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers;

Must be able to meet physical demands: standing, walking, lifting (60 pounds or less), stooping, bending on a regular basis
