Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description
This 2nd shift Warehouse Associate role supports a modern manufacturing operation by performing a wide range of warehouse activities, including order processing, material handling, shipping and receiving, and inventory-related tasks. You will work with RF scanners, ERP systems, and forklifts to ensure accurate, efficient movement of materials in a clean, climate-controlled facility.
Responsibilities
Process internal orders by accurately picking parts and materials for production and other internal work orders.
Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying and processing bills of lading (BOLs) and packing slips.
Use RF scanners to locate, pick, move, and confirm inventory transactions in the warehouse.
Work within ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft AX, or similar platforms to enter and update inventory and shipment data.
Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up), pallet jacks, and walkie riders to safely move materials throughout the facility.
Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing materials while following safety and accuracy standards.
Handle materials efficiently and safely, including staging, wrapping, and organizing products for storage or shipment.
Utilize pallet wrappers to secure loads for transport or storage.
Maintain accurate inventory by following established procedures for picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment and safe operation of material handling equipment.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with facility and safety guidelines.
Essential Skills
At least 2 years of material handling or forklift experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
At least 2 years of experience loading and unloading materials from trucks or trailers.
Proficiency operating forklifts, including sit-down and stand-up models, as well as pallet jacks and walkie riders.
Hands-on experience with RF scanners for inventory, picking, packing, and shipping and receiving tasks.
Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft AX, or other data entry platforms for warehouse or inventory management.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.
High school diploma or GED.
Technological proficiency and comfort working with warehouse technology and data entry tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with inventory control processes, including picking, packing, and verifying shipments.
Familiarity with shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading (BOLs) and packing slips.
Ability to use pallet wrappers to secure loads safely and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and documentation.
Reliable, safety-focused work habits in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Work Environment
This is a 2nd shift position with hours from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday, providing a four-day workweek. The facility is brand new, climate controlled, and well lit, creating a clean and comfortable warehouse setting. Work involves regular use of forklifts, pallet jacks, walkie riders, RF scanners, pallet wrappers, and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft AX. The role is physically active, requiring lifting up to 40 pounds and frequent movement throughout the warehouse. Personal protective equipment, including steel-toe footwear and safety glasses, is required in the facility.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.10 - $20.10/hr.
