Warehouse Associate - Outbound | $18.50/hr | Mesa, AZ

Our client, a leader in their industry, is seeking reliable and experienced Warehouse Associates (Outbound) to support daily operations in a clean, safe, and fast-paced environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a strong team, this opportunity is for you!

?? What You'll Do (Outbound)

Pick and pack customer orders for shipment

Prepare, label, and stage outbound freight

Handle products at heights and perform heavy lifting

Work efficiently in a high-volume, accuracy-driven environment

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Maintain a clean, safe workspace in accordance with company standards

?? What You Need

1+ year of warehouse experience (inbound or outbound)

Experience with RF scanners, order picking, packing and shipping

Ability to lift heavy items and stand/walk for 10-hour shifts

Comfortable working at heights (required for outbound roles)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Steel or composite-toe shoes

Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed

Monday -Thursday OR Tuesday- Friday:

7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

$18.50 per hour
