Here's how a Warehouse Coordinator for PCL Industrial Services, Inc. within Arizona Industrial contributes to our team:

Responsibilities

Arranges freight and completed documentation.

Selects equipment, from inventory, to be sent to jobsites based on the requisition.

Ensures maintenance and accuracy of inventory tracking.

Responsible for pre-job safety instruction (PSI) and auditing facility PSIs.

Schedules equipment periodic service and recertification. Provides Resources with completed maintenance work orders. Ensure required assets and materials have annual inspections performed.

Solicits customer feedback and initiates appropriate action.

Develops and maintains strong customer focused relationships with all stakeholders.

Transfers data from working documents to PCL systems, including entering assets and material information.

Reviews orders, production schedules, blueprints, or shipping or receiving notices to determine work sequences and material shipping dates, @types, volumes, ordestinations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, or shipping/receiving.

Strong organization skills and ability to manage shifting priorities.

Ability to understand and employ the company's specifications, methods, and procedures.

Understands quality of service and quality of product.

Basic understanding of construction tools, materials, and equipment.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to carry up to 50lbs. without restrictions.
