Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Analyst/Project Coordinator-Hybrid position with our client located in Bloomington, MN. This is a 8+ month contract opportunity. Compensation: $35-45 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level. Summary: The Client is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative Senior Project Coordinator/Project Analyst to support our IT Department. This role combines hands-on operational responsibilities-including procurement and contract management-with project coordinator support for project and program managers on multiple projects depending on scope and complexity, including overseeing administrative tasks, financial reporting, procurement tasks, and other project responsibilities as needed to support the project managers. Job Responsibilities: Project Coordination Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans. Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables Liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what's needed at the right time. Analyzing data as required Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices and drawing estimates Tracking and reporting project progress Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner Help project managers monitor project progress and team members' performance and provide updates to project stakeholders Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports Other duties as assigned Skills: High school diploma plus a project management certification with relevant work experience in project management or administrative assistance Strong oral and written communication skills Experience coordinating multiple tasks under pressure while ensuring that project goals are met on time and within budget Demonstrated skills in working effectively with others both individually and in groups to troubleshoot problems, create procedures and provide support Demonstrates a strong level of attention to detail and organization in planning, tracking, and executing project tasks. Prior experience working within a PMO. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Valid driver's license and a working vehicle for commuting between job sites Desired Skills: Four-year college degree OR equivalent work experience as a project coordinator a Ability to analyze data and develop insights to support decision-making Process improvement experience If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
