Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

Pay Rate: $19.00 to $20.50 per hour

What You Will Be Doing

Generate, review, and distribute customer invoices accurately and on schedule

Apply incoming payments including checks, ACH, wire transfers, and credit cards

Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due balances professionally

Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries

Maintain accurate customer records within the accounting system

Assist with AR reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities

Collaborate with internal teams to address billing and collection questions

Support audit requests and ensure compliance with internal controls

What We Are Looking For

1 to 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting

Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred

Working knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes

Comfortable using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule and Environment

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Fully on-site role in Franklin County, MA

Collaborative office setting with direct access to leadership

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.
