Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional administrative support. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Manage and respond to inbound calls, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and organized records.

Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk activities.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and other office events.

Maintain and organize office supplies to ensure availability for staff.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.

Support various administrative tasks to contribute to the team's overall productivity. Requirements - Proven experience in an administrative assistant or similar role.

Strong proficiency in managing inbound calls and handling receptionist responsibilities.

Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Solid organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various office tasks.

Proficiency in office software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
