Our client, a global Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering organization, is seeking a Junior Manufacturing Engineer to join their team.

As a Junior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering & Operations Department supporting Plant Engineering and Production Support Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Junior Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Danvers, MA

Pay Range: Based on experience and qualifications

What's the Job?

Support the design, production, and maintenance of structures, systems, and components within the manufacturing plant.

Apply established engineering standards, procedures, and best practices to daily operations.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving routine technical and operational issues.

Support assessments and implementation of new technologies and process improvements.

Collaborate with senior engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams to support plant performance.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related) and 1-2 years of experience , OR High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant technical experience .

Working knowledge of engineering concepts, procedures, and manufacturing processes.

Ability to perform routine assignments independently within established guidelines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a plant or operational environment.

Ability to follow direction and collaborate effectively with senior engineering staff.
