Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Roswell, Georgia. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, managing 30 to 80 tickets daily through a ticketing system.

Create, assign, and track service tickets to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Respond to inbound and outbound calls, providing clear and attentive communication.

Process and manage customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain thorough email correspondence to address and resolve client concerns.

Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and service consistency.

Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately in the system for record-keeping and follow-up. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in high-volume environments.

Familiarity with ticketing systems and the ability to manage multiple tickets simultaneously.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for handling phone and email correspondence.

Proficiency in order entry and managing customer records.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage but not required.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
