Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the fulfillment and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. You must have excellent tenure with your previous employers, be able to pass a 7 year background check and drug test, have your own transportation and 2+ years of picking/packing or warehouse experience.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Des Moines Metro

Pay Range: $17.00/hour

Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

Receive and process incoming products efficiently and accurately

Pick parts and fill orders with precision, verifying part numbers and quantities

Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all components are included and correctly labeled

Unload freight and check in products, maintaining proper stock levels

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, supporting inventory accuracy

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus

RF handheld experience is preferred but not required

Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 20 lbs regularly

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
