Description

Provide administrative support to the executive leadership team, finance and sales/ marketing teams at Anderson Erickson Dairy. Must be highly proficient in the following:

Microsoft Office- Excel (a must), Word, Outlook and Power Point.

Answering multi-line phone system- must have excellent phone etiquette.

Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms.

Run the company "store" (i.e., company shirts, hats, sweatshirts, etc.)

Coordinate catering for meetings.

Ability to proficiently run office equipment (fax, scanners, email, mailing machine, shredder).

Maintain company announcement board.

Maintain company phone/ email directory.

Minimum Requirement:

Must be able to work ONSITE, full-time (40 hours), Monday-Friday.

Must have a valid drivers license.

Must have a minimum of a H.S. diploma or GED. Post-High School education is preferred.

Must be able to complete a thorough background check.

Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test. Random drug tests are performed at AE Dairy- a drug free workplace.

This is a highly visible position. Must be able to maintain an organized and professional work environment and image.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage.

Weekly pay.

401K with company match upon eligibility.

Health insurance on 1st of month following 30 days of employment.

Vacation and holiday pay after completion of 90 day probationary period.
