Responsibilities:

Performs supply chain and logistics functions, which may include procurement, production planning, inventory control, warehousing and/or vendor management

Creates integrated processes and facilitates communication, planning and coordination among internal functions and outside suppliers to achieve strategic objectives

Develops and monitors key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement

Ensures availability of materials, as scheduled, and maintenance of inventory at appropriate levels

Promotes alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and ensuring requirements throughout the organization

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in business, science or related field

7+ years' supply chain experience including managing projects within pharmaceutical or related industry

Certification in Purchasing management (ISM/CPM) and Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred

Experience in materials management systems
