Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Supervises administrative support staff and activities, the input of client data in the electronic data system, and all billing activities for the clinic;
Keeps the clinic manager informed of issues and concerns and overseeing the completion of meeting minutes, administrative reports, and correspondence;
Serves as the Human Resources liaison and the primary Time Administrator, which includes maintaining clinic supervisory files and maintaining time and attendance records according to time administration guidelines, policies, and procedures;
Processes travel authorizations and expense forms;
Serves as the Safety Representative and the Property Liaison for the clinic;
Position-Specific Details:
Appointment Type: Probational Appointment. Applicants may be asked to serve a probationary period that may be anywhere between 6 months and 24 months.
Compensation: The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience. This position is eligible for premium pay of $1.00/hour for hours worked performing direct patient care.
Administrative Coordinator 4: $15.76/hour minimum - $27.01/hour maximum
Location: Bogalusa Behavioral Health Clinic in Bogalusa, Louisiana
