Job Description:

The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

Performs various administrative, organizational, financial, operational, and project related activities in support of senior and executive level staff.

Provides advanced support to senior executives by regularly handling confidential information and providing advanced administrative support.

Coordinates phone calls and direct calls to the right stakeholders.

Help prepare for meetings and accurately record minutes from the meetings.

Provides real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.

Manages calendars, travel arrangements and expense reporting for one or more executives or managers.

Collects data and conducts data analysis to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.

Manages databases.

Collaborate with administrative and/or operational staff to exchange data and information that enables budget planning and expense control.

Build administrative community, provides learning and training opportunities for other administrative support staff.

Willing to manage multiple tasks, prioritize competing deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer focused approach.

Willing to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications :

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

Associate degree or equivalent.

5+ years of administrative, office support, or coordinator experience supporting individuals or teams.

Proficiency with common office productivity tools (e.g., calendar management, email, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software).

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in an administrative assistant or executive support role.

Experience supporting managers, senior leaders, or cross-functional teams in a corporate environment.

Experience coordinating meetings, events, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through on action items.

Familiarity with internal systems, processes, or enterprise tools used for scheduling, reporting, or document management.

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $67,050.00-94,660.00 USD (Hourly Role)

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
