PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Provide administrative and general office support for the Land Department

. Responsible for scanning, filing, records research and file requests and department telephone backup.

. Maintain department records and databases, scan and index documents, communicate with company personnel, landowners and attorneys, and other projects as requested

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

. High School Diploma or equivalent is required

. Previous administrative experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and customer service skills

. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and interpret data

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

. An Associate degree with a concentration in Legal or Business-related field preferred

. Experience using Access, PeopleSoft Financials and Time & Labor and OnBase

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The rate of pay for this position is $23 - $25/hr.
