Successful candidates will have 3-7 years legal experience in M&A, with an emphasis on private equity transactions. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $210,000 - $260,000 / year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
