Are comfortable performing legal research and drafting memoranda for various matters pertaining to the organization.

What You'll Be Doing

Under attorney supervision, draft and review correspondence, issue spot and comment/redline agreements, and other legal documents.

Support the Legal Operations Function.

Assist Legal Affairs Team with supporting and advising internal clients and business units.

Perform other tasks and special projects related to the Legal Affairs function.

Report on your progress in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

The Skills Needed for the Job

Rising 1-3L currently enrolled full-time at an accredited law school.

Interest in learning about role of in-house counsel.

Bachelor's degree.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Additional Information

This position will be an hybrid (onsite/remote) work role.

Relocation may be available for qualified candidates.
