Construction Laborer- Weekly Pay- Start ASAP

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Pay: $20-$23/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am - 5 pm

This role works in an industrial manufacturing environment producing precast concrete products, including concrete box culverts for water and sanitary systems as well as railroad crossing products that are shipped nationwide. As a technician, you will be part of a team focused on safely and efficiently producing high-quality precast concrete components while maintaining a clean and organized facility.

Responsibilities:

Strip and clean concrete forms and finished concrete products to prepare them for reuse or shipment.

Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete, including cleaning, assembling, and ensuring proper setup.

Use basic carpentry skills to build, adjust, or repair forms and related production structures as needed.

Operate and use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in daily production tasks.

Measure materials and components accurately using a tape measure and basic math to ensure product specifications are met.

Essential Skills:

Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively in a construction or industrial setting.

Ability to operate power tools in a safe and controlled manner.

Basic carpentry skills for working with forms and related structures.

Knowledge of basic math and measurements to read, mark, and verify dimensions.

Ability to read and write simple instructions and follow written procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Experience working with concrete or in a precast or construction environment is beneficial.

Comfort working with a variety of hand tools and power tools throughout the shift.

Willingness to perform physical labor and stand for extended periods.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
