Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 2nd Machine Operator MTO to join their team. As a 2nd Machine Operator MTO, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Machine Operator MTO

Location: Braselton, GA

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm

What's the Job?

Operate assigned resistance welding machines, brake presses, and mechanical power presses efficiently and safely.

Complete the Operator Maintenance Program (OMP) for assigned machines within the first ninety days of employment.

Consistently meet production requirements and quality standards.

Identify and correct unsafe or defective products to ensure safety and quality.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

At least one year of related manufacturing or machine operation experience.

Ability to use personal protective equipment at all times.

Strong communication skills in English.

Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and measurement reading.
