Job Description
Summary
We're looking for a driven, detail-obsessed Creative Team Project Manager to be the operational backbone of our in-house creative department. Cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Product, Communications, and Leadership teams to align on priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Proactive identification of blockers, timeline risks, and resource conflicts - before they become problems.
Meeting facilitation, including creative kick-offs, status check-ins, and retrospectives with clear action items and follow-through.
Asset and file organization - maintaining a clean, accessible, and version-controlled library of creative files.
