Entry-Level Assembler

Pay: $18.00-$20.70 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Day & Night options available)

?? Job Summary

We are hiring Entry-Level Mechanical Assemblers to join a growing production team in a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility . In this role, you will assemble computer servers and server racks using hand and power tools. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing with training provided and clear room for advancement .

No prior assembly experience is required-just mechanical aptitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

??? Responsibilities

Assemble computer servers and server racks according to work instructions

Use hand tools and power tools (screwdrivers, torque tools, drills, etc.)

Perform repetitive mechanical assembly tasks with attention to detail

Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality

Follow safety, quality, and production standards

Work as part of a team in a clean, modern, climate-controlled environment

? Qualifications

Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply

Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience preferred (assembly, automotive, manufacturing, construction, hobbies, etc.)

Ability to use basic hand and power tools

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends as scheduled

? Available Shifts & Pay

Shift A: Sunday-Tuesday (every other Wednesday), 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM ($18.00/hour)

Shift B: Sunday-Tuesday (Wednesday), 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM ( $20.70/hour)

Shift C: Thursday-Saturday (Wednesday), 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM ($18.00/hour)

Shift D: Thursday-Saturday (Wednesday), 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM ($20.70/hour)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Florence, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
