Executive Admin Assistant

Job Description

An employer is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to sit in Redmond, Wa. They will follow the company's RTO of 3 days a week. They will be supporting an Executive as well as leading a team of Admins. This person will need to be comfortable with high level executive administrative work, calendaring, and working with external customers. This person needs to be comfortable with dealing with ambiguity and be able to take on work as it comes there way. The team is very rapidly growing so there is a lot of moving parts and duties. We need someone who is eager to jump in and help support the organization as needed. This person will perform a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Most importantly this person needs to be strong at handling complex calendars. They need to be adding notes and attachments to calendars and juggling approximately 200 requests/emails per day. We need someone eager to learn, willing to jump in and take tasks as needed and comfortable with an always changing calendar.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of experience with executive administration -- looking for go getter to think quick, figure things out on their own and are a self-starter.

Must have worked as a Lead or PM overseeing other admins or employees

Extensive experience working in an extremely fast paced environment

Prioritize tight scheduling & handling things in chronological order (4 years of experience)

Complex calendar scheduling (6 years of experience)

Documentation experience

Great communication experience

Experience working at an enterprise sized company Experience working at a Technology company
