Robert Half is working with a respected manufacturing client north of Boston looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join its team. This opportunity is open due to business growth, and will have 1 direct report. The job will report into a Director of Operations.

The selected Supply Chain manager should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Demand planning experience is integral here, and analytical skills. This is a supplier-facing role and the selected candidate must be polished and have top notch communication skills. A degree is required.

Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Strong background in demand planning and forecasting techniques.

Proficiency in supply chain tools, including SAP Business One.

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a detail-oriented approach.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.

Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate effectively.

Experience supervising or mentoring team members is preferred.
