Our Program Facilitator is accountable for:

Developing and implementing enterprise-wide learning and development strategies focused on AI

Designing and delivering engaging e-learning modules, workshops, and training programs using instructional design models.

Partnering with subject matter experts to produce accurate, innovative, and AI-driven learning content.

Utilizing data analytics tools to measure training effectiveness and optimize learning programs.

Drive the adoption of new technology and learning mechanisms through strategic change management.

Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) for seamless training deployment and tracking.

Maintain robust knowledge management and support ongoing organizational learning.

Essential Skills:

Advanced proficiency with major LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday, SuccessFactors)

Skilled in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora) and Adobe Creative Suite

Deep knowledge of instructional design principles and industry best practices

Strong strategic thinking, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement abilities

Proven experience with multimedia, project management, and leading teams in a large enterprise

Ability to prioritize multiple projects and champion innovative learning, especially in AI-driven solutions

Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills

Experience designing and delivering programs for large organizations and working with executive stakeholders

Office-based role in Troy, MI preferred

Base pay range for this position is $35-40 per hour. Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
