Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to manage key financial processes while supporting the overall accounting function. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

Manage invoice entry, handling approximately 40-50 entries per week.

Oversee Bill.com processing and approvals to ensure compliance with company policies.

Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including check deposits and follow-ups.

Perform basic bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

Support general accounting duties, including data entry and document management.

Handle automated royalty processing, ensuring accuracy for approximately 60 entries per cycle. Requirements - Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Experience with QuickBooks Online and Bill.com is essential.

Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including familiarity with VLOOKUPs and PivotTables, is a plus.

Ability to process invoices efficiently and maintain organized financial records.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
