We're seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at anticipating needs before they arise. The ideal candidate will be a consummate professional, adept at managing complex situations and interfacing with all levels within the organization.

What You'll Do:

Executive Partnership - Serve as the trusted right hand to a leader, managing complex calendars and prioritizing critical engagements

Global Coordination - Orchestrate seamless domestic and international travel and worldwide meetings

Strategic Communication - Handle high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports with discretion

Event Excellence - Plan and execute leadership meetings, employee celebrations, and strategic planning sessions

Organizational Leadership - Maintain SharePoint sites, organizational charts, and recognition programs

Proactive Problem-Solving - Anticipate needs and resolve challenges before they impact leadership

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma/GED

5 years of experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment

5 years of experience coordinating international & domestic travel for leaders

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelors degree preferred

Experience working in multi-national organization

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

Strong project management skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Superior problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills

Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism

Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels

Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
