Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Pembroke Pines, Florida. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to maintaining organized and efficient administrative practices. The role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Organize and digitize employee records, including both active and terminated files, by scanning and uploading them to the designated electronic system.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of important documents.

Perform routine administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the office.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies while handling sensitive employee information.

Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve record-keeping systems.

Monitor and manage document quality to ensure scanned files are complete and legible.

Assist with general office duties as needed, including answering inquiries and handling correspondence.

Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Provide timely updates on the progress of digitization projects.

Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data. Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role.

Proficiency in scanning, filing, and maintaining electronic records.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Familiarity with Dropbox or similar digital file management systems.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

High level of discretion when handling confidential information.

Basic proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel. TalentMatch®
