About Us We are a modular home manufacturer based in Roswell, NM, specializing in high-quality, factory-built residential homes. Our controlled plant environment allows for efficient, consistent construction, and we are seeking a skilled supervisor to lead production teams and maintain our quality standards.

Position Summary the Residential Construction Supervisor oversees daily production activities inside a modular home manufacturing facility. This role manages crews, coordinates workflow between departments, and ensures each home section is built to specification, on schedule, and in compliance with all applicable building codes.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate production teams within the manufacturing plant

Oversee all phases of modular home construction (framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, finish work)

Ensure adherence to building plans, specifications, and HUD/state modular codes

Monitor production schedules and maintain workflow efficiency

Conduct quality control inspections at each stage of construction

Enforce workplace safety standards and OSHA compliance

Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members

Coordinate with purchasing, design, and logistics teams

Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements

Maintain production reports and documentation

Qualifications

3-7+ years of residential construction experience (modular housing preferred)

Previous supervisory experience in construction or manufacturing

Strong understanding of residential building systems (framing, MEP, finishes)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production drawings

Familiarity with HUD codes and modular construction standards preferred

Experience in a plant or production environment is a plus
