Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Associate - Entry Level- 3rd shift to join their dynamic team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level- 3rd shift, you will be an integral part of the production process, supporting operational excellence and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level- 3rd shift

Location: Nacogdoches, TX

Pay Range: $16.15

Shift: 3 rd shift 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM

What's the Job?

Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner following Standard Work procedures and supervisor instructions.

Handle materials by loading and unloading raw goods and finished products as required.

Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and maintenance tasks.

Follow all safety policies and promote a safe working environment by using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring safety features are operational.

No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
