Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $44,000 - $60,000 p/yr based on experience.

Shift available: 8am - 5pm; Mon - Fri

What's a typical day as Customer Operations Specialist? You'll be:

Serving as the main operational point of contact for assigned customers, overseeing the entire order lifecycle.

Communicating order status, delivery timelines, backorders, and operational updates to ensure customer expectations are managed.

Managing customer orders from entry to shipment within ERP systems, validating pricing and product configurations for accuracy.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (preferred).

Have 3-5 years of experience in customer operations, sales operations, order management, or a related operational role.

Are proficient in ERP systems such as SAP and CRM systems like Salesforce, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
