Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant III, you will be part of the department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant III

Location: Walton, KY or Hebron, KY

Pay Range: $18.50

Shift: 6am-230pm, 7am-330pm or 9am-530pm

What's the Job?

Provide high-level administrative support to department heads and teams, handling complex and confidential functions.

Greet visitors, answer inquiries, manage phone calls, and route requests efficiently.

Coordinate scheduling of appointments, meetings, conferences, and special events, including travel and lodging arrangements.

Assist in preparing reports, charts, spreadsheets, and maintaining databases with accuracy and attention to detail.

Manage departmental correspondence, order supplies, and maintain organized filing systems and records.

What's Needed?

High School diploma or equivalent with three or more years of administrative support experience.

Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and internet search tools.

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment within established policies.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
