Position Summary The Industrial Planner position is responsible for coordinating closely with corporate Operations, Industrial Sales, Manufacturing, Field Leaders, and Customers with direct management of services personnel. Must have experience with high velocity oil flushing/chemical cleaning/steam-air blowing. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Once a Purchase Order (PO) or verbal commitment from the Customer has been received, review proposals concerning schedule, history, and scope with the Account Manager and Estimator to determine the feasibility of the plan. Suggest revisions if needed to complete the project to meet Customer Expectations.
Manage project from the point of PO receipt through completion working with Customer and Field Leader assigned to the project.
Attend Pre-job meetings and walk-downs required by Customers, taking notes and sharing with all impacted departments, including updating the Job Information Board (JIB).
Confirm that the Safety Department can determine all site-specific requirements to be posted on the JIB, including but not limited to PPE, badging, specific drug screens, specific backgrounds, and site-specific training.
Support Operations concerning scheduling manpower, vehicles, and equipment per project.
Direct and support Equipment managers concerning scheduling and confirming the availability of functioning equipment, vehicles, and trailers.
Communicate with Manufacturing concerning project requirements, availability, and level of urgency.
Meet with Field Leaders before mobilization to communicate all information regarding particular mobilization.
Attend the first day of projects to familiarize the crew with the site and expectations.
Manage Customer expectations as needed through the course of all projects.
Manage expectations of the Account Manager as needed through the course of all projects.
Stay abreast of all details of ongoing projects and step in as needed to facilitate the successful completion of projects and communication with Customers.
Attend all post-project meetings and calls prepared with all details of the mobilization, both good and bad, to discuss the execution of the project and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
Work with customer and Conco sales to determine and define work scope.
Manage and develop a team of direct reports.
Complete performance reviews and budgeted wage increases of direct reports.
Develop a working knowledge of all Conco products and service lines.
Contribute to changes and developments in safety and technical training programs.
Assume responsibility for inventory, stock, and orders of equipment and consumables.
Adhere to the Employee & Supervisors Responsibilities section outlined in Conco's Safety Policies & Procedures Manual.

Must be authorized to work within the United States.
5 years' Experience working in an Industrial environment i.e., Refineries, Power Generation Facilities...
TWIC eligibility is required. TWIC® | Transportation Security Administration (https://www.tsa.gov/twic)
Valid Driver's license with good driving record.

Working in outdoor and indoor environments, sometimes in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
Climbing ladders, scaffolding, or working at heights as needed
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools and heavy machinery safely
Dexterity to perform fine motor tasks, such as wiring, assembling, or troubleshooting equipment
Driving for extended periods to custom sites, sometimes in remote locations
Working in confined spaces, such as crawl spaces, attics, or utility areas

Work Environment
The work environment involves remote or industrial locations, including oil rigs, refineries, power plants, manufacturing facilities, and similar sites. Workers may encounter high noise levels, heavy machinery, hazardous substances, pressurized systems, confined spaces, and extreme temperatures. Rotational shifts and extended hours are common. Safety is paramount, with thorough training programs and personal protective equipment such as hard hats, gloves, and high-visibility gear provided to manage potential risks. Duties may require working outdoors in unpredictable weather, from intense heat to cold or rain. Frequent travel between job sites is also a key aspect of the role.
