Job Summary:
The Senior Director, Strategic Workforce Planning and Management (WFM) will lead the transformation of a large-scale workforce management priority, driving innovation and change by reimagining workforce strategies that align labor, demand, and enterprise business growth. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who is out front, anticipating business needs, synthesizing diverse cross-functional perspectives, and prioritizing strategic initiatives with all levels of leadership inclusive of executives. The Senior Director will empower teams to deliver results, foster a culture of accountability, and inspire passion for the company's mission. Job Specifications:
Starting Wage: $160,000 - $200,000 + annual bonus + equity

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-year workforce management strategy that prioritizes high-impact work, translates business objectives into actionable workforce plans, and enables those plans through systems, data, and processes-while staying on the cutting edge of industry best practices.
Program Leadership: Lead the WFM program with a strong governance framework, integrating innovative approaches and challenging the status quo to optimize workforce resources.
Analytical Capabilities: Demonstrates advanced analytical and labor-modeling understanding, including the ability to interpret complex operational data and labor models, and translate insights into accurate, scalable workforce standards
System Implementation: Act as a forward-thinking owner of an important system roadmap for the company to optimize approaches with innovative best practices for Workforce Management and planning
Team Leadership & Development: Build and inspire a high-performing team, empowering others, holding them accountable, inspiring urgency, and unlocking their potential through authentic connections and ongoing development.
Stakeholder Management: Connect authentically with stakeholders, listen to and encourage shared problem solving and build strong relationships across locations and functions to ensure mutual success.

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $160,000 - $200,000 + annual bonus + equity. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
