Job Summary and Qualifications

Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a safe patient environment. PCTs also participate in patient education and support, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Monitoring Patient Status

Maintaining a Safe Environment

Assisting with Procedures

Patient and Family Education

Emotional Support

Documentation

Requirements and Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred

1 year of Acute Care hospital experience preferred

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Abilityto work in a fast-paced environment:

High School Diploma/GED or Graduate from accredited Program
