Job Description:
At Regions, the Corporate Banking Group Executive Strategy Messaging and Readiness Manager serves as a high-autonomy, high-impact strategic messaging architect within the Corporate Banking Group, supporting the segment head. This role leads the development of high-stake materials, including board, analyst, and management committee presentations, and shapes executive messaging that integrates financial performance, strategic priorities, and competitive positioning. This role sets the standard for segment-level messaging and serves as a trusted advisor to the leadership team by being embedded within the business and partnering closely with Line of Business Executives, Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, and Corporate Communications.
Primary Responsibilities
Owns the end-to-end lifecycle of executive messaging strategy, serves as the segment-level messaging lead and trusted advisor to the segment head
Owns the Corporate Banking Group's executive readiness for governance forums to include board, investor, regulatory, and management committee engagements
Leads the development of high-stakes materials and shapes strategic narratives that integrate financial performance, competitive landscape, and audience expectations
Partners with senior executives and subject matter experts to craft high-impact communications, scripts, presentations, briefing memos and visual narratives
Leads the development and delivery of market-level business unit reviews (BURs)
Synthesizes performance insights and strategic priorities
Drives innovation in executive storytelling using generative AI, reporting intelligence, and market insights
Leads execution of large-scale team meetings and leadership offsites, ensuring strategic alignment and message clarity
Builds and maintains strong partnerships with Strategic Finance, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), Investor Relations, and Corporate Communications groups
Fosters trust and influence across the organization through crisp communication and proactive collaboration
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field
Ten (10) years of experience in financial services, strategy, executive support, investor relations-adjacent roles, or strategic communications
Preferences
Background in commercial, corporate, treasury management, or capital markets
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master's degree in Economics, Finance or Communications
Experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering
Fluency in enterprise-level reporting tools and executive dashboards
Experience managing cross-functional strategic initiatives in a matrixed environment
Proven success supporting senior executives with board-level communications and strategic deliverables
Deep understanding of Board governance, investor expectations, and regulatory tone
Skills and Competencies
Ability to adapt quickly under pressure and comfort with ambiguity
Ability to consistently operate with urgency, precision, and discretion
Ability to influence senior leadership through message clarity and strategic framing and strong executive presence
Advanced PowerPoint storytelling and illustration capabilities
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional messaging initiatives across the business including Finance, Human Resources (HR), and Communications groups
Fluency in enterprise-level storytelling formats including board decks, investor briefings, and regulatory narratives
High level of emotional intelligence and stakeholder fluency
Innovative mindset with the ability to apply emerging tools (e.g. generative AI) to elevate messaging impact
Mastery of strategic messaging with the ability to shape narratives from abstract concepts
Self-directed and independently motivated
Strong ability to synthesize complex ideas into concise, compelling messages tailored to an audience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work across structured and unstructured data

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
