Responsible for the daily office operations of McKinney Falls State Park. Conducts daily business operations in accordance with the Fiscal Control Policy. Performs visitor services to include computerized reservation and registration, issuing permits and licenses, collecting and accounting for revenue, completing appropriate documentation of revenue logs and answering telephones. Provides information to park visitors and the general public. Prepares reports and correspondence and processes incoming and outgoing mail. Assists the Office Manager with the maintenance of an accurate inventory of concession items for retail sales and adequate supply of consumable office supplies, brochures, forms, information packets and other items for office use or public distribution. Operates and assists in the maintenance of computer and network systems. Works under close to moderate supervision, with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Performs additional duties as assigned. Complies with all Agency, Division and Branch rules, regulations and procedures.
