Overview
We're looking for an Associate Build Director to lead UI development across complex, modular digital ecosystems. This is a hands-on leadership role for a professional who develops with deep expertise in Figma. The role requires strong experience working within established design systems. It also demands a strong focus on detail, consistency, and performance.
You'll operate as a player-coach, contributing directly to the work while leading UI design across defined workstreams. You'll partner closely with Design and Experience leads as well as cross-functional teams to translate strategy and data into scalable, high-performing design solutions.
You'll work within an established design system, helping evolve it through thoughtful, scalable decisions around component usage, extension, and governance-balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you're contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics, including any reasonable accommodations.

Collaborate closely with Creative leads, Experience Design, Content, Strategy, Product, and Engineering teams
Partner with Experience Design to translate journeys, IA, and interaction models into scalable UI systems and patterns

Provide guidance and feedback to designers, helping elevate craft and consistency across the team
Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment
