Job Title: Assistant Staff Engineer/Geologist/Scientist at Trihydro Corporation

Job Summary:
This position will work under supervision to support water treatment system operation and site operation and maintenance (O&M). This position will perform tasks related to operating and maintaining water treatment systems that include data collection, operating parameters monitoring, troubleshooting and monitoring of various instrumentation, operating pumping equipment, repair and replace system components, download and interpret electronic data, and evaluating and optimizing system performance. Other responsibilities include groundwater sampling, surface water sampling, and water level monitoring, inspections, field work coordination, development of field work implementation plans, and managing subcontractors and providing health and safety oversight.
This full-time position requires approximately 40-50 hours per week involving outdoor field work in an industrial setting, and a clean driving record. Key Responsibilities:
Operation, inspection and maintenance of water treatment systems.
Environmental sampling, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems.
System optimization and data interpretation.
Safety leader and subcontractor oversight.
Daily field report writing/documentation.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in geology, engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
0-3 years of relevant experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills (previous mechanical system O&M experience and/or water treatment experience preferred).
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Initiative and motivation, with an emphasis on completing high-quality project deliverables on schedule.
Clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices.
Dependability, with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Ability to work outdoors in high-altitude climate.
Ability to travel to other regional client sites, as needed (up to 10% of the time).

Summary pay range: $45,000 - $65,000
