JOB REQUIREMENTS: El Mariachi Mexican Restaurant LLC is seeking to fill two (2) Cook (SOC 35-2014.00 - Cooks, Restaurant) temporary, full-time, peakload positions for April 1, 2026, to November 15, 2026. Worksite: 102 E Madison St, Lake Mills, WI, 53551. Job Duties: Season and cook food according to recipes, turn or stir foods to ensure even cooking, observe and test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently, portion, arrange, and garnish food, and serve food to waiters. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment. Wash, peel, cut, and seed fruits and vegetables to prepare them for consumption. Requirements: No education or training required. 3 months of experience as commercial cook required. Special Requirements:18 years or older required. Must be able to work on weekends and holidays. Terms and conditions of employment: \$17.24-\$18.00 40 hours/week, Overtime available at \$25.86 - \$27.00 per hour. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered based on individual factors, including work performance, skill, and tenure. Cooks will have a rotating schedule from 10:00 am 8:00 pm based on needs and demands of the service: Tuesday & Wednesday: 11:00 am 5:00 pm, Thursday Sunday: 10:00 am 8:00 pm, with two hours break. One rotating day per week is offered. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Employees will be paid bi-weekly on Thursday. On the job training available. Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, uniform, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. Other benefits provided and cost: The employer will make all deductions from worker\'s paycheck required by law and no others without written consent from worker. The employer does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions. Potential elective deductions to be pre-authorized in writing if applicable are as follows: Employer will assist workers in securing board, lodging, or other facilities. The employer may assist workers in securing optional lodging. Workers who elect this option pay \$450 per person per month (does not include utilities). Housing costs are paid monthly and are not payroll-deducted. No housing is required as a condition of employment.Voluntary advances and/or loans made to workers, if any, may be repaid by pre-authorized payroll deductions Transportation, Subsistence, and Fees: The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the US or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment for transportation and subsistence (including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker\'s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of \$68.00 per day with receipts. Three-fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
