Our client, a dynamic and professional organization, is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join their team. As an Office Manager, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting sales efforts, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, aligning successfully with the company's commitment to excellence and professionalism.

Job Title: Office Manager

Location: Ann Arbor, MI

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Answer and manage incoming phone calls to ensure prompt and professional communication

Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up to foster positive relationships

Support sales team with customer communication and administrative tasks

Handle customer payments and process transactions accurately

Maintain records of payments and assist with basic bookkeeping and documentation using Microsoft Office

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
