About the role
This role sits within the Creative Operations team of the CEO Transformation Office. It reports to the head of creative operations but will work closely with the heads of Storytelling and Motion Design. We're searching for an experienced Creative Operations Manager to partner closely with the Storytelling and Motion Design team, a group of passionate creatives dedicated to championing Intuit's employees and customers through compelling stories and experiences. You can bring all the critical pieces together when it comes to storytelling through videos and motion-strategy, narratives, audience, process, production-to produce transformative and engaging experiences.
The role is at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution, ensuring projects move efficiently from concept to delivery in a dynamic environment while maintaining high creative standards.You'll partner closely with designers, video producers, creative leaders, cross-functional stakeholders, and executives, driving and streamlining workflows, managing resources, and bringing compelling visual stories to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, navigating organizational boundaries, and comfort with an iterative creative process that doesn't rely on polished creative briefs and linear asset development.
Responsibilities
Own creative operations for video & motion projects
Manage end-to-end workflows across video production and motion design projects
Build and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resourcing plans
Ensure smooth handoffs across concept, production, post-production, and delivery
Drive process and efficiency
Develop and optimize creative workflows, tools, and systems
Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
Standardize processes for project plans, reviews, approvals, and asset management
Resource & capacity management
Allocate work across internal teams and external vendors/freelancers
Forecast team capacity and anticipate production needs
Help prioritize projects based on impact and urgency
Collaborate cross-functionally
Partner with marketing, brand, product, and external agencies to align on goals and timelines
Translate business needs into actionable creative plans
Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and creative teams
Support production excellence
Assist in planning shoots, post-production schedules, and motion design pipelines
Ensure deliverables meet brand, technical, and platform requirements
Maintain quality control across all outputs
Manage tools and assets
Oversee file organization for video and motion assets
Recommend and implement tools for project management and collaboration
Qualifications
8+ years in creative operations, production management, or project management within a video/motion/creative environment
Strong understanding of video production workflows (pre, shoot, post) and motion design pipelines
Experience working with creative teams (editors, animators, producers, designers)
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Deep organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with production and project management tools
Background in video production, editing, or motion design
Experience managing external production vendors or agencies
Familiarity with budgeting and contract management
Passion for storytelling, brand, and visual craft
