Job Title: Business Operations SpecialistJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Business Operations Specialist to support inventory transfers and other essential processing tasks in Epicor. This role involves collaborating with procurement and finance teams to ensure accurate and efficient data entry, analysis, and documentation.

Responsibilities

Support inventory transfers and processing in Epicor.

Collaborate with procurement and finance teams in a supporting capacity.

Perform data entry, ensuring accuracy and thorough analysis.

Handle regulatory documents, order processing, and purchase orders.

Assist with monthly invoicing by reviewing and calculating line item totals for billing.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Epicor, particularly in order processing and analysis.

Experience with purchase orders and related documentation.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in supporting procurement and finance processes.

Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.

Work Environment

This position requires working onsite 5 days a week, ensuring close collaboration with team members and maintaining smooth operations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Solon, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
