Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will diagnose machine malfunctions and operating problems, inspect machinery to detect the cause of malfunction, and make necessary repairs and adjustments to ensure continuous production. You will be responsible for repairing and maintaining company machinery according to blueprints, catalogs, and data charts. This includes disassembling and rebuilding machines, as well as overhauling troublesome components and attachments.

Responsibilities

Diagnose machine malfunctions and operating problems.

Inspect machines and observe operation to detect the cause of malfunction.

Make repairs and adjustments to keep machinery in production.

Repair and maintain company machinery as directed according to blueprints, catalogs, and data charts.

Disassemble and rebuild machines; overhaul troublesome components and attachments.

Select replacement parts from parts lists and catalogs.

Lay out repair parts; set up and operate machine tools to machine parts.

Perform machinist's work related to the installation of new machine tools or the relocation of existing machines.

Perform routine housekeeping activities in work area.

Journeyman certification is a big plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
