Our Kelly Education Sales Consultant is accountable for:

Prospecting, developing, and securing new business relationships within the North Region, focusing on educational institutions and school districts.

Leading the sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Developing customized staffing solutions that address the unique needs of schools and educational clients.

Presenting and demonstrating Kelly Education's services, staffing solutions, and value propositions to potential clients.

Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with decision-makers in schools, districts, and educational organizations.

Collaborating with internal teams (recruiting, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:

Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, with a strong focus on B2B net new sales (education or staffing sector experience is a plus)

Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions or services in a competitive market

Strong understanding of the educational landscape and staffing industry trends

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities with a results-oriented approach

Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Candidates must have the ability to travel 60% or more for client meetings and conferences.

Base pay range for this position is $75,000 - $110,000 per year. ?Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
