Our Full-Time Engagement Professional Practice (FTEP) group is seeking a skilled Staff Accountant to join our team. As part of our practice, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse clients, supporting their accounting needs and contributing to a wide range of projects.

Responsibilities:

Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities across multiple client engagements

Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP

Assist with account reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance

Support accurate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Help ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies

Collaborate with clients and other team members to address accounting needs

Use standard accounting software (such as QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft D365, Oracle NetSuite, and PowerBI)

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Minimum 2 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in multi-client or public accounting environments

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Effective written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to adapt quickly to new assignments and client requirements

The salary range for this position is $65k to $80k. Benefits are available including medical, vision, and dental, and life and disability insurance. Employees hired for our FTEP Program are also eligible to enroll in our company's 401(k) or deferred compensation plan (if eligible).
